Hotel Booking Site (for a small island)

I need someone to create a website where people can book their holidays. This is meant in my country Albania but only for a small island in there. I have myself some knowledge about wordpress ,I have installed wordpress and made a simple website, I am very familiar with the dashboard of wordpress , and doing minor changes to the code. But I don't know how to code ,I know little html and php which are not even programming languages. I know little about FTP. I need to be able to make changes to add hotels to change the availability of the different hotels and change it's description .So that's why I am asking about a wordpress because it is simple to edit simple things once the most of the website is created by someone with the right knowledge. Now what I think the website should look like: The website has to have a map related with all the hotels like a isobaric map in relation to how close every hotel is near to the beach every circle section with it 's own color. It should have small circles of hotels where if you click a small window pops with some information and with a link which it redirects you to the hotel page inside my website where the client can book. The possibility to search by different filters like big hotels small hotels houses apartments . If you need something similar to compare it you can look at [login to view URL] but simpler with simpler and fewer options. Option to changing the availability of the hotel for example close the sale for certain months or days. To be a responsive website where it adjusts itself to IOS and Android devices. I also need some option to feature some hotels more than others in the main page. I have looked around in the web and found some really nice websites for ex I really love the first page of [login to view URL] ,the search window on the left is exactly what I need the "additional search options" is nice . And also the slideshow behind is nice. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are also similar websites that are nice. But really I don't want something to sophisticated just something simple to get the work done. By work I mean it to be simple to book a room. Mainly the idea is for the client to complete a small window with his information and I response it asap. And for some hotels I may need to incorporate a PayPal payment option for prepayments to guarantee the reservation. So this is what I am asking for .But again I need to be able to edit my website to be in control, your job is to find a good design theme add this options I need and that's it .
