***Please do not send me a message WITHOUT reading the ENTIRE job description!*** I'm looking for someone to take my calls for my new cleaning company. I get less than 10 calls per day (usually 4-5/day) and each call lasts a few minutes. On top of answering calls I need: -blog posting on wordpress platform (i will provide articles) -social media posting -writing craigslist posts (I will post them) -SEO (some small link building from a list i provide) During the calls you would have to answer questions like: -availability -what is included in the cleaning -how much does it cost -how long will it take -where is my cleaner, how long will she be? (you will have to text/whatsapp the cleaner to see how long she will be and call the customer back to let them know) -customer complaints, which can be escalated to me but only in extreme circumstances. -book and re book appointments These are the typical questions that I receive. Mostly people are price shopping and will call back. I need someone who is sales oriented and someone who can close the sale. If the customer says they will call back I need you to follow up with them and offer them a discount if the book over the phone. I will give you access to the backend booking system where you can book appointments, see the calendar and do much more. I will train you on this, but it's very simple. I use [login to view URL]'s booking system. I will pay hourly and per sale/conversion (commissions) My cleaning company office hours are from 8am-6pm currently in the Pacific Time Zone. I'm flexible with the hours slightly to work with your schedule/time zone if necessary. You need to speak English fluently and having experience in sales will be a bonus. You will also be responsible for email inquiries that we get. We don't get many maybe 3-4/week but this will increase as the business grows. After each customer contact you will send me an email transcription of the conversation. IF you are interested in this job please send me a message and lets discuss.
