We use Gravity Forms to provide WooCommerce products with conditional logic options. Those options (food sides and proportions) need to be monitored and output to either a Wordpress page that is printable or an external spreadsheet for purposes of managing stock/inventory. Example: A customer purchases Chicken, then adds options of 4oz, Potatoes @1 cup, and Asparagus @4 spears. That customer purchases 5 of that same dish. We need to know that 5 pieces of chicken were purchased at 4oz, 5 cups of Potatoes were purchased and 20 spears of Asparagus were purchased.
All quantities need to be separated by date. So if those 5 piece of Chicken were purchased on the 1st, and another 10 were purchased on the 2nd, then those need to separated by date but organized under Chicken and separated from other tracked items such as potatoes and asparagus.

The project doesn't have a hard deadline but we would like to complete it within the next 2 weeks.
