Correct format for Varying-Vagrant-Vagrants custom-site-template `.conf` file ( WordPress )

What I don't understand is the format that file needs to be in, and does it need to contain all the default information from vvv-nginx-default.conf.
I'm trying to add a list of plugins and a specific theme to it, but I'm not sure what is the correct way to go about it.
