Contact Form 7 Not Emailing to me

Job Description:
My website is built on what I've been told is an older version of wordpress. In the last week I have discovered that when potential clients complete & submit the form it is not being emailed to me. This is a new issue. I have been getting the forms via one of my yahoo email accounts. Now I am not receiving the form NOR am I receiving any type of alert that a form has been completed/submitted. To compound the issue, the forms are not saved on my wordpress site, so once they are submitted the information is lost for good. I've tried working with a freelancer for several days and it is still not resolved.
