I am inventor of pure (organic) food systems. My garden system is in great demand around the world.

I'm been looking for for a general administrative assistant to help my wife and I with several pressing administrative tasks that relate to our organic gardening program.
I am a micro farm expert and am putting my services online (word press) the goals I have are to:
1. Have a series of forms on our word press site for onsite development of farms. Where I actually help them with my own hands and coach them through the process. This process includes a. a letter of engagement. b. a retainer fee. c. Onsite analysis. d. onsite trainings. etc., the whole process must be put on line (word press) I will write all original copy but must be edited by an expert. You must have experience in power-point, word press form making and linking them all together with pay-pal.
2. Step two: Then we have to develop 7 webinars with my power-points. I have GO to meeting. We will need you to make: forms. Sales pages, etc.
3. Step three: Is to take all the materials from step 2 and develop an online university. With questions answers -- etc., with a very easy to use software.
4. Advertising and taking my materials to the world. I use Facebook (40,000 followers) Need sales pages and good experience with Facebook.
I need one real sharp person with excellent communication skills to be my right hand person. If you can't do everything we can discuss farming a couple things out. You must be administrative as you may have to lead a small team with efficiency.
I need a researcher, someone who is resourceful without mountains in the mind and a history of success in managing large projects.
I don't need your to be superwoman or superman. I need honesty and continual communication via text or e-mail or Skype. You must be able to coordinate large projects and report to me and have the flexibility to work any day of the week. I would not demand this always but as we are developing this whole process and we have a cause that we really believe in to promote pure food sustainability.
Getting an e-mail from me on Friday night and answering me on the following Monday will NOT work, please don't even apply for this position. I'm looking for world changers, movers and shakers.
Editing both text and video power-point presentations will be constant. Working with word press, creating making forms linking all together, layout and design, user friendly and professional is a must. I want someone who can get things done on or before time. Can follow instructions with a good attitude & multi task without stressing out.
My process in being an employer for over 35 years is a start out small, test and then progressively honor for good constant work. I am loyal to the core but if you can't do the job I will find another, quickly I'm under a lot of pressure right now! My wife and I have very little time to have a life and need assistance right away.
I'm known to give rewards for quality work that brings me success. If you can get me to the top you will benefit from it.
I love flow charts to get on the same page. I will repeat myself several times to clarify your questions or even do screen cast-o-matics if need be but then afterwards I expect the project to be done. I don't do well with excuse making nor do I like people who sell themselves to me and can't deliver the goods. I would rather you tell me upfront the first time what you can do the best, then what you are not so good at. This process will get you a lot further with me. I don't want to pay for you learning a new program on my time.
