I have a word template document which I have to email to the same recipients time and again. I would like to do the following with one click:
1. Create a subject line from the first line of the word document
2. Create a body for the email from the entire word document, excluding the first and second line of the word document
3. Open a new mail item in Outlook, the new mail item should have the following properties:
a. Two predefined recipients
b. One predefined recipient in the BCC field
c. The subject propagated from the word document
d. Insert the text from the word document into the body above the default signature
e. Open the attachment dialog box to a specified folder, the folder is chosen in accordance with the subject of the email
I have already done the majority of the work however I seem to have problems with formatting, etc.
