Filter WiFi data from Wireshark (and export it) -

I have a 25 pcapng-files (pcap files; Wireshark capture files; example see attached) which captured traffic in my WiFi network. During the capture time, one or two smartphones were logged in and used WhatsApp and Snapchat. I now need to filter the Wireshark data to identify for each timestamp if each smartphone used one of the two apps.

A) An ideal solution would be to export this information as text file. The best structure that file would be

timestamp; IPadress-smartphone; macadress-smartphone; whatsappused y/n; snapchatused y/n

timestamp; IPadress-smartphone; macadress-smartphone; whatsappused y/n; snapchatused y/n

timestamp; IPadress-smartphone; macadress-smartphone; whatsappused y/n; snapchatused y/n

etc.

B) Alternatively, or in addition (e.g., if export does not work), you might explain a solution how to provide the information in a readable way within Wireshark - and explain how this has to be done. Because I would like to be able to do it myself for future captures. Please provide an extra price for the latter.

Thank you.
