Wireless electricity monitor

Looking for someone to help me produce a prototype.

The product is an electricity usage monitor.

I would like it to be a little square unit (roughly the size of a iphone or smaller), that you plug your appliance into and it will monitor how much electricity is used and upload the data wirelessly to an internet site periodically.

I would like the unit to have a port (USB maybe?), to plug into your computer and allow you to configure the settings (wireless network to connect to, login to the site etc.)

I can configure the site and database (may need suggestions on best kind to use) for it to upload to.

Looking for someone to design the prototype and make this a reality, as this is something that I have dreamed long and hard about.

Primarily after the physical device being made, and I can take care of the rest.
