Customize a pivx fork source code and compile wallets for release

Review our PIVX forked source code and customize the blockchain to implement the following: 1. Collateral increase from the current 550coins to 1200coins with minimum staking amount of 50coins. 2. Implement a 12 months timelock functionality for masternode collateral. That is masternode collaterals will remain locked for 12-months period before it can be unlocked and returned to the  spendable wallet from masternode lock wallet. Masternodes set up should have the option of running with or without VPS. Without VPS, the wallet must be online 24/7/365 with staking coins to keep staking the blocks and running the MN in the locked wallet. 3. Limit & control the total number of MN that can be admitted & operate at any given time to a maximum of 100MN while the rest remain on queue till a MN vacancy exist by exits or unlocks of current ones. 4. Block reward is 2.4coins (MN = 1.397coins, Dev=1coin , Stakers=0.003coin)
