Remote Desktop Errors Keep Occurring

I have some remote desktops and they keep erroring. I restart the server but then after the night when I attempt to login to them again they say "error occurred" and I have to restart all of my programs. Please put the word NOW in your bid if you can help me solve this. I'll need to see that it doesn't produce an "error occurred" overnight because right now just restarting the servers is not solving it permanently.
