Hi, I have two godaddy ubuntu manual server for both website, recently i fired one of my developer, i want secure my server from him, I want secure for sure, delete all access, No hacking issue too

Key only if possible + Disable internet access to databases. Change database passwords if possible + Search website accounts and files for external access + Search for email accounts for previous developers + Investigate domain passwords. Change if possible + Investigate ssh & ftp access.
