Hello all bidders, This project was defined to be carried out by four phases and all bidders had been requested to place the bid & scheduled per each phase. Also we had specified that we have the right to stop the project after each phase. After consulting RentACoder facilitator for the right way to carry such a split, we are splitting the whole project phases as four separate projects (sub-projects). Those of you that submitted bids are requested to respond to the new "four projects". Each of the "four projects" will be correspond to each of the phases (1-4) of the original project. Each of the "four projects" will be showed on this site as "Parallel to IDE(PATA) and USB adapter - Phase 1", "Parallel to IDE(PATA) and USB adapter - Phase 2"..."Parallel to IDE(PATA) and USB adapter - Phase 4" with corresponding bid time line (per each phase). We are planning to accept more than one bid and those to show the best performance will be granted (by us accepting the bid for the next phase) to carry the next phase...and so on. The new (replacing the current "Parallel to IDE(PATA) and USB adapter" project) four project will be submitted on the coming days on this site followed by canceling the original project. Thank you all for your attention. Regards, Dave H.
