I would like to develop a software capable of taking a screenshot of a part of a Windows window every 1 second and that it saves this image in a given location.
The language in which it is developed doesn't matter but C, C++ or C# is preferable.

Je souhaiterais faire développer un software capable de prendre un screenshot d'une partie d'une fenêtre Windows toutes les 1 secondes et qu'il sauvegarde cette image a un emplacement donné.
Le langage dans lequel il est développé n'a pas d'importance mais du C, C++ or C# est préférable.
