We have transferred a domain from BigRock to Hostgator. Before transferring we purchased email account on BigRock, though we have not configured any email there. Now we have created Email account under this domain on Hostgator, but found that though we are able to send email from emails created, but when someone sends message to these accounts, he gets a massage that this domain could not be found.
We want to host and manage account from only Hostgator, and have no intention to use BigRock.
We seek support from some professional to fix this issue for us. Preferably doing it live on Any-Desk. Payments will be released only once emails become fully operational.
