2x Mini Project WordPress with Theme already selected Site Build

Hello , I have 2 Mini Projects that are in the same industry. Both are using WORD PRESS and Both have a theme added already , so basically 50% of the job is completed. I have a main site you can use as a template , then clone the details (minus the company name,phone number,email and logo ) so that each of the 2 sites are unique but have similar description Main Site > 2 (separate ) sites that will use 80-95% of the same content just like i mentioned above word , contact details will be change specified to the domain name. I will send a word document with the details once we agree on price. I'm looking for quick and easy transition time .
