Website designers build a prototype

Job Description:

I need s module built to be able hire a person, clock hours, bill a company, pay a person, and change the way they get paid based on the the way the worker wants to get paid. It should be sued as saas and be able to plug into someones regular website.

This is only a prototype. It will be a design and not really the real coding deal.
