vacation clone

I want a vacation rental site similar to [login to view URL] I don't want an exact clone, but the site needs to provide all of the functionality of [login to view URL] The basic premise of the site is that vacational rental owners pay a fee to post their properties online for rent. Web users can search the site for free and find properties that they would like to rent. Owners will need to be able to add listings to the site depending on geographical area. They may also upload pictures, description, contact information, etc. There should also be a availibility calender feature for each property that allows the users to see availability of each property. I will provide the logo and main graphic for home page. I may have additional features to add to the site.
