Upgrade prestashop version

Hi My proposal 1) clone the current website to the new site 2) upgrade the new side to the latest prestashop version 3) do the UAT on the new prestashop 4) add newsletter 5) change picture with codes 6) test again 7) take "old" site offline by saying maintenance 8) update DNS to connect [login to view URL] to new site. # This way there will be almost no downtime for your site and you will be happy with it because you have tested the site. My questions: 1) When cloning, how do I get access to the site? 2) Who is the ISP because I might need a subdomain to connect to the new site 3) Who will do the UAT? 4) Who will sign off UAT? 5) I assume that you will give the final go to switch the DNS.
