Simple social app for IOS ed android

the app is a small social network with some basical features. 1) register with facebook or twitter or a new account by a register form. (also login with fb, tw or username e password). 2) a small user profile with photo, and some information like name, surname, birthdate, city and the phone number. 3) a "home" tab where you can read the posts of friends, and where you post something using a form, in which you write the text and will add an [login to view URL] can comment on posts of others, but can not comment on their posts. 4)A "Friends" tab, where you see your friends and contacts on the phonebook registered in my social (as whatapp) but you can not chat with them. By clicking on the contact will open the profile with the information and post. In the "friends" tab displays the contact's name (or his phone number if not saved), his profile and his last post shared on social. (As whatapp, where we read the name, the last post was added and the photo.) 5)Users can block other users so that they can not read the posts and hide their own. 6)When a friend wrote a post, his friends receive a push notification ("your friend" has updated their status). If I comment on a post, the owner receives a push notification (your friend commented your state) 7)there will be a support for Italian language and English. 8)the application will be for IOS and Android (even hybrid is fine). How it could cost an app like this?
