Redesign a website and help with foot traffic to website

I own a small business, a dog grooming salon. We are doing a major facelift in our current procedure, qualifications, front lobby and how we handle certain things. We want to focus on those to help us stand out differently then our competitors. Looking into spa like themes and colors and feel. White walls, organic wood,colors light earthly green, eucalyptus. More on relaxation and the experience. We are hoping to have a video tour on our website and show our salon and quality and services instead of pricing. Focusing more on the service then the price. We plan on doing a major price increase in march. Major update in the salon to be done by end of December. Hoping to have our website up by then. We have a small budget. To start with and hoping to revamp what we currently have. We used wix. We need to draw in more people to compensate the projected amount of clients, we will loose once we do our price increase.
