I have a small, but pesky design problem. My website's columns have the correct spacing when viewed in Firefox, but the spacing is all messed up in Internet Explorer.
For example, take a look at these two pages:
When viewed in IE, there is a weird gap between the left column and the main article text. I think there is a weird CSS, HTML, or Doctype problem; I also think this is a very easy problem to fix. Probably won't take more than 30-45 minutes to figure out for an expert.
How you can work on the project: Please download the pages above and examine the accompanying html files. When you have found the problem, email me with specific, detailed instructions on which lines of coding to fix. I don't know anything about CSS so you'll need to give very specific instructions.
When is this job considered "finished": This job is finished when I make the modifications you suggested and see that the weird spacing beteen the left column and the main column is fixed. Specifically, the page spacing has to look the same in Firefox as it does in Internet Explorer.
I'm not paying by the hour. I'll pay a one-time fee for someone who can figure this out. Thanks!
