Planned Community

I want to build a site that is quite similar to [login to view URL], but not a carbon copy of it. I want the users to be able to submit links that are featured on a main page and archived by category. I am looking for a Coder who will be very personable and treat the project with dedication and will be helpful even after the job is complete. The Site will be a Link Submission site much like [login to view URL], I want to have Pay and non-pay memberships, advertising and well working archive of submitted links. If you believe you can do this project Under $1000, please read the link below. Also needed would be the ability to to have it tested on your server before payment.
