ONLINE PRODUCT MANAGER • Need someone who has good experience in managing websites, apps, desktop and is passionate about data crunching. • Translate user requirements into appropriate Business requirement documents (including designing of Business & Functional System Flows), and testing scenarios • Coordinate with third party System Integrators to manage development / enhancement projects. • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes. • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives. • The candidate should be able to conceptualize an idea and transform it to product specifications. • The candidate should have worked closely with the design and the technical team to ensure the delivery of the quality products, and should have also worked with the marketing team to accurately define the website (product) requirements • The selected candidate will be responsible for creating world class products, driving teams in improving customer adoption and satisfaction and has the complete ownership of the product road map and development plans. • Interact with customers and understand the opportunities for products • Be top of the pulse of the market • Translate business requirements into well thought out product specification • Drill down into product specification and provide detailed requirements for the software team • Validate the design provided by the development team and ensure product completeness • Design UI/UX by working with the UX designer(s) and validate the flow and usability with customers • Keep on top of product usage statistics and react quickly with necessary updates to the product • Define the right culture of the software team lead by example • Lead product positioning in the market by Preparing product marketing material • Work with sales and marketing team to ensure the successful launch of products
