i need some modification in my site

Hello Everyone. looking for a professional php developer to work on classified project as below details. This project is for a classified website contains: Real Estate - Cars - Cars Parts - Companies Directory).based on osclass software ([login to view URL]). 1. The E-mail verification when signing up not working.(user don't receive the E-mail). 2. Deducting IP address for the first visit to determine the country and select the country for the visitor automatically, and user can change it manually from the navbar button which you need to create too. 3. Add a new button on navbar called "Country" when the country is selected again visitor must select the Region, District and section (cars, car parts, real estate,etc). 4. Add the payment confirmation form. 5. Disable (nearby Result showing below the side bar). 6. The (Car Parts)section must contains the same (Cars)fields except "Mile" 7. Add the calculation before the user completes the deal and the site commission will be added automatically to the amount (the site commission is 1% for each payment the seller gets). 8. Replace the unit "Mile" to "Kilometer" in section (cars). 9. The fields of creating a new ad must be matched to the result field. 10. Internal page (section page): delete the (section) field and replace it with "select the country", -The fields must be in this order (Country) (Region) (city) (district=neighborhood). 11. Arrange the sidebar to be ordered as 1-(Real estate) 2-(Classifieds) 3-(Cars) 4-(Cars Parts) 5-(Companies and Establishments directory). 12. Real Estate Search must be as the following: Country - Region - district - Type (Buy or Rent). 13. Add Search by Map Button below (search by photos) - See the attachment 01.png. 14. Fix the login issue (when the member stay on the same page for some time, automatically gets logged off. 15. Search by Map: the location must be selected from the map and the fields below must be deleted (the member doesn't have to fill the fields). 16. In Dashboard - >Settings -> Locations -> There are 3 Tabs: Countries, Regions and Cities. Add more Tap for (District). 17. The site supports multi-lingual so the development above must be supported too. 18. Delete "Market from Dashboard -> Market. This developments should be done in 48 Hrs.
