Goods supply B2B site

Just to clarify the project. With the UK leaving the EU there has been a lot of talk regarding the EU being the only place to source quality goods, both food and non-food. Having travelled quite a lot with work, etc, I know for a fact that there are many places outside of the EU that produce top quality goods at highly competitive prices. Phase 1: My vision is for this website to introduce producers of these goods to UK trade purchasers and even help source competitive shipping and haulage services. This service will be free to producers, suppliers and service providers for the first year to validate its value to all involved. The site must be secure, must allow user's to sign up and must only allow viewing of user's contact details, etc to signed in users. There must be a way to validate users whether they are suppliers, producers or service providers, whether this is a KYC check or something different I am open to suggestions. The ability to bulk email users must exist as must the ability to add in advertising Hosting - I have $100 monthly on Azure but am open to other suggestions I have the domain name in both .com (primary) and .[login to view URL] Phase 2: Still a work in progress but the ability to add a membership fee without re-writing the website must exist. There are currently no plans for a mobile version but the option to add this should not be removed by the choices made in coding language, etc, used. I may discuss digital marketing (social media based) with the successful Freelancer.
