GEO Location + Plus Show Real Estate Listings. I need a search engine type website to search for property listings using the Google Maps system. All the major Australian Real Estate companies and big sales web sites list all properties for sale on Google Earth. They use to show the address of the property. I want to build a web site that can see this information, over lay it on a map with a link back to the original advertiser. A visitor to the site should be able to put in a post code or suburb name and the site will then show all available property for sale in that area that matches their search criteria. The search criteria should be by suburb, listing type, either for sale or for rent, number of bedrooms etc. The site would then display a map of the target area with icons showing the current properties listed, it must also be able to restrict the days the property has been advertised. So the choice to only show properties listed this week. I will need a basic web site that can be built into my own web sites and after completion of first job, I need to create a smart phone app as well.
