I currently have a meal planning website where people subscribe and I send them a weekly meal plan that has been created by me. But the feedback I’ve gotten is that people want to create their own meal plans. But I want to allow them to create their own meal plans and have that automatically generated. Basically, I want them to select recipes for each day of the week and in turn, a weekly shopping list is generated from ingredients and amounts stored in a database, as well as a page that includes links to all of the recipes they selected.
I am looking for someone to create a template that I can modify as I add new recipes to the site. That is, maybe include a couple of recipes in the example template and I can add the rest. It is important to know that I don’t have coding knowledge. I created my site in BlueVoda, a program used to create websites. So I need to be able to modify the created template without having coding knowledge.
People need to be able to select recipes from my list for every day of the week, such as by drag and drop. Then two things need to be generated: a shopping list for the week, and a page that includes links to the recipes they selected, and maybe email those to them.
For the shopping list, it should be 1) printable 2) cover the entire week 3) group ingredients by type (meat, dairy, vegetables, fruits, etc) 4) Add amounts together if one ingredient is used in more than one recipe. Again, the ingredients and amounts will be entered into a database to pull from.
For the recipe link page, it should 1) have links to my recipe pages for each one they selected 2) be organized by day of week (Monday, Tuesday, etc) 3)Be emailable so that once generated they will have access to it later to look up recipes.
So basically, I’m looking for a page where people can select from my list of recipes for each day of the week, generate a shopping list for the whole week, and produce a page that has links to my recipes for each one they chose. The recipe ingredients, amounts, and recipe links should be pulled from a database that is triggered by the selection of a specific recipe.
I’m looking to get a firm fixed price, not an hourly rate.
