Dreamweaver Template

This is a very basic project for which I don't have time. I need a Dreamweaver 2004 TEMPLATE designed for our ASP site so that I can post additional content on custom static HTML pages that are consistent with the rest of the site design elements. The page for the project to be based on is www.CatholicFamilyGifts.com. I want the template to mimic the asp page in appearance but be set in HTML. All needed links and graphics can be found on the page identified earlier. It is important that this template be based on five different elements, each which can be updated separetly from the other. The top, bottom of page and the left and right columns should all be distinct items. There should also be an editable text area in the center portion of the page where I will be able to add the custom content. I want to be able to create static pages that may use only the top, bottom and left column but not the right, as well as some that will use all four areas. In addition the template needs to be scable and not set at a fixed width. It will need to look natural flowing from one page to the other whether it is the ASP pages or the static HTML created from this template.
