I have a website that is operational. Has php code in the middle. I upload newstories and headlines from the backend which appear on the site.
It looks pretty unprofessional right now..I need a designer who can make it look awesome and modern 2006 looking, probably mainly threw CSS. Also, it needs a column on the left hand side so I can add link partners or whatever I want.

I can do this myself but would rather have a real design pro make it look fantastic. This is an simple task: it's a 1 page design...

Site does not have a CMS.
It runs on a custom backend script. All you will do is design a nice [url removed, login to view] file layout with CSS, fix fonts, etc. Just make it look like the examples...
One last thing:
