CSS Navigation Bar

I require a sleek, clean, fresh looking CSS navigational menu for my photography site. I plan on having a white background, and would like a 100% width menu with a thin border. Blues, greys and blacks are welcomed. No transparency or fancy effects for the submenus please. I hope to add a banner [height = 90 pixels] above the menu. CSS to be produced as an external stylesheet.
