Convert a Joomla Template to a Social Website

We have begun developing a social media network using Joomla and Community Builder. We have many of the plugins already installed and some features on the backend. We need help further developing the backend of the network and especially with coding the frontend to make it look simple and easy to use for members. Would you be comfortable helping us finish building this social network that still needs the sign up customization, user activity feed customization, user profile modules and customization? We are looking for a developer who is familiar with Joomla, Community Builder and how social networks function and confident in building complex social platforms and has a modern take on design.
