Our client has a catalog site of real estate properties in a legacy CMS. We have developed new design concepts and want to replace the existing site design with a new one in Wordpress. Most of the building content will remain in our legacy system and be provided in an XML feed. Freelancer will need to translate mockups into templates, set up the custom theme in WP, and integrate XML content that willl be styled in the new site. (eg descriptions, slideshows, floorplans) This project is First phase, to develop a prototype for client approval. Actual build and XML integration will take place in a follow on project. Only bid on developing templates and theme and some light content managed in Wordpress - XML integration is not part of this project.
