First of all, such sites can be made from scratch or using open soruce systems like magento, woocommerce etc. From the given website i could see there are an array of offers and sme things like filters in the left side. The main attractiion about the site is the graphics for which we will need a very good graphic designer. I would like to work on this site using Magento and then at later stage if you need a mobile app we can work on that too. Magento if you are planning on good amount of products, Woocommerce is ok if you want around 1500-2000 products. the database structure of wordpress is not very user friendly and may not allow exports in the future. However the issue with using open source systems is that we are not able to run upgrades as upgrades will remove our customization. So if you budget is above 5k we can make it custom using laravel.
