Wordpress Edit theme

I have a wordpress theme installed. I need to homepage layout changed a little bit. Here is the demo [url removed, login to view]
Basically, I want a simple logo put at the top with the artist name. The pics that I will provide you uploaded. I do not need the store installed. It will be just what you see plus the blog page.
Lastly, I want the social media icons at the top updated to another design.
Again, the template is already installed in my wordpress. Just need a little editing. The background will be black and white.
I need this done really quick. Within a couple of hours after rewarding.
