WP WEbsite theme modification

I have a wordpress theme ([url removed, login to view]) that uses a plugin call Wishlist member.

I have the site up and all the plugins installed, it is partially completed.

I will give you our site url when you apply.

I need the site to work just like

[url removed, login to view]

Except with a slider at the top of the Main page only which displays 3/4 videos that can be clicked on and watched in the slider.

The other exception is to display the other video thumbnails not in a list like mixergy but in a grid with less information, when you click on the thumbnail it takes you to the post page where you can watch it.

I dont need any fancy graphics, but just the format, placement of text and widgets, and correct font size etc

Additional functionality not in mixergy:

When you click on any video thumbnail (not in the slider) it will ask you to register for free via FB connect or filling out a form. Then it will take you to the post page

Integration with FB opengraph so that when you watch a video it appears in your friends FB ticker.
