Complete Style for vBulletin Forum Site

I am looking for someone to breath some fresh air into a vehicle forum that I have been running for years. I am looking for someone with lots of experience in vBulletin styles. I am hoping to achieve a look like [url removed, login to view], with new articles on a front page, and a forum on the second page. I want the site to also be iPad and iPhone friendly. If software is needed to purchase, that is ok just let me know what is best. They use WiForums which is $50. I want one section of the site to be articles written in wordpress. This has to be formatted similar to the forums with the same header (just like [url removed, login to view]). I also need the software upgraded from vBulletin 3.67 to 3.8 (I have a license). Currently I am running vBadvanced to pull articles, which may work but will take a lot of styling. Otherwise you can recommend other options for pulling news on the front page.
Experience in styling vBulletin is key here. Please don't bother if you haven't worked with vBulletin or if you don't have references.
