Full-time CEO / Project Manager $4000+ /mth

Rapidly growing, outsourced web design and development company (BestCommerceTools) is seeking a FULL-TIME NORTH-AMERICAN BASED CEO & PROJECT MANAGER to handle all aspects of website sales and project management. We are looking for a senior individual with strong communication and project management experience to take over the CEO role of the company. Training will be provided but compensation during the training period will be EQUITY ONLY that will be converted to cash after 45-90 days (The company is currently negotiating to be acquired and expected to close in next 45-90 days). We will also consider half-time applicants during the equity-compensation (training) period. The successful applicant will have all or most of the following: -Based in North America, and available during US business hours to take phone calls. -Previous project management experience of outsourced website development projects. -Experience in technical sales, and especially in writing bids and software requirements analyses. -Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Web design experience is also an asset (ability to relate to customers and advise them on their website design needs). -Internet marketing experience (SEO, newsletters / auto-responders etc) also an asset. The company currently consists of a US-based CEO, a US full-time project manager, 15 overseas employees, and 2 US partners (who are also working for equity). The company is growing rapidly and is expected to double in the next 3 months. You would work directly under the current CEO during the training period and then you would take over the sales and project management functions. This is a position for a hard-working, ambitious, super-smart, disciplined, and people-friendly person, with proven management skills. You would work from your home as part of a global distributed team. You would probably get equity in the new company (post acquisition) in addition to salary.
