Typography project for trained print designer, with web fonts in mind

Attached is a file with a sequence of square tiles. I"m TERRIBLE at this, but I've seen good designers. Play with the font size, scale, regular, bold italic, inline, above or below the line....all kinds of typography art that one might see in a magazine, or print piece.

Please review the copy attached, and show me what you can do with any one of the tiles, or provide examples of work doing exactly what I'm asking for, please.

Please try in every way possible to use Web fonts, and please do not assume this will be in Flash. Likely in Javascript with HTML5 standards.
