E-Commerce WordPress Website Needed for Hair Salon

We need a WordPress genius to go through a current, very simple designed website - [login to view URL] and create an equivalent WordPress customisation. We need the current 'Panorama' flash module which we can provide as a file to be on the home page as it currently is. We also need social networking links, and e-commerce functionality built in.
We will then need 75 hair products added to the shopping cart. The shopping cart must have zoom functionality like on [login to view URL], as well as social networking like 'addthis'. The content will be the same as [login to view URL], although we need to also add a staff profiles section (images to be provided), testimonials section, and on-line booking facilities for hair cuts and treatments.
