184328 Site Design And Implementation

I need a site designing and creating in a CMS joomla or similar. All that I currently have is ideas and a possible header. The site is for a real estate business but does not require and form of real estate script or programming There is no real coding on this as the search feature and featured properties are all added to the page via passing a url through frames. [login to view URL] Please note this is only a matter of adding the code and url into a frame on the page as you will see if you read the above link. I do not need a database or any coding. I do not need a a real estate script I just one someone to design the site and implement the above. As I said above I have the general colour scheme and a flash header that was done for me some time back that could give the basics of the design for you to start. The site will consist of the following pages. About Us - Text and Featured Properties Buying A Home - Text and Images Search For A Home - Search box as above and search results return in frame as the demo site above Selling A Home - Text and Images More Information - Text and some links Register - This will be a form collecting information which will be sent to an admin email address. Contact Us - The usual! On the main page will be a weather plug in, I may also consider other joomla plug ins that you feel would be relevant I need the site to be very search engine friendly.
