[login to view URL] Needs to be tweaked / user friendly

My site [url removed, login to view] needs to be tweaked.

I want a plain simple sight design like craigslist, this sights need to to function & be user friendly.

1. the fck editor is not working properly,

2. users need to be able to upload 4 images,

3. ads placed are not showing up in correct cities or categories,

4. front page need some type of attractive design.

Note:

Send sample of how you would design the front page or general sight, I am sure you have worked on other sites, but I need to see exactly what you can do for mine. thanks
