Cost valuation invoice management

I am a commercial distributor of software that provides invoice management an easy tool to do their jobs effectively and highly efficient. It is highly cost reductive especially because labourcost to execute invoice management in general is high. Users thus can expect to reduce their current cost on invoice management by 60% or more. Professionals making use of this software support their clients who are in their role of creditor producing invoices for debitors who are supposed to pay the invoices in time. That in general is the process creditors are facing. Not their core-business and never a job they like very much. In practise these invoices are not being paid within the agreed upon time frame, and thus an unpleasant workload starts. Professionals making use the software can take away 50-75% of the labour involved in regular invoice management. By using digital distribution of documents, such as invoices, reminders, payment warnings and alike, instead of bearing the cost for regular use of postal services, the creditor saves serious money. Next to labourcost reduction and document distribution savings, the software - because of its functional abilities - produces a higher rate of success in collecting payment against the invoices. The interest lost on workingcapital reduces when liquidity grows. The more it grows with equal turnover, the lower the need for bankloans to finance debts. If liquidity grows while turnover rises, the need for additional bankloans disappear.

Question: Who is able to help me with the making of an easy form to be filled in with data annominously by potential clients who visit my website, which data will be processed by the Excel calculation facility I am referring to and show the result of cost reduction. If you need an exemple of a calculation I have made by hand, I kindly refer to the attached file, which yet is in Dutch but can be translated if required.
