Text4Tips.com site creation/development

We are looking for help to build our website Text4Tips.com. The site will have multiple capabilities: * It will allow companies (for example, hospitals and dentists) to get their customers/patients to sign up (opt in) to receiving text messages, such as reminders of when an appointment is when to take their medication. * Opt-in by people to receive specific tips (example dieting tips, quotes of the day, savings opportunities, etc.) * GPS-based text confirming someone has checked in to a specific location (much like [login to view URL]): for example, parents wanting to know that their kids have reached a certain specific location (say within a 1 mile radius). * Mass text message blasts/announcements functionality * Scheduling/calendaring feature allowing individuals to set their own text messages as reminders Ability to be integrated with an iPhone/Android app (something that will also need to be built).
