300008 Webpage Header

Ok so I have the start of a website but I want a really professional header for the page. The header library item for dreamweaver will include the 1) company logo, name of company and slogan (logo should stay relatively the same but can be redone to make it attractive on the webpage. 2) The header should incorporate some type of simple professional graphics. We work in environmental issues and cultural resources/ archaeology. 3) the header should include basic navigation buttons with basic rollovers. The rollovers should really just include a change in text or slight change in buttons. I need to be able to add or delete the navigation buttons in dreamweaver. Or if they are gifs with a photoshop psd file where i can change the text later. 4) i would like the header image or colors to expand to the right when the window is opened. 5)The buttons should include the following titles: Home, About Us, Services, Clients, Careers, News, Contact Us. 6) below the header is a simple table that includes 2 things. The left cell includes a gif image that is basically a larger version of the button from the navigation bar that will tell the viewer what page they are on. the right cell is "text" that tells viewers which subpage they are in. please see [login to view URL] to see what i am refering to. Modify or copy the example above as is legal but design should be different since they are competition or sorts. 7). I have attached an image that i wrote on with further description on what i am looking for. 8) you do not need to set up the links in the navigation bar, just provide the images/design.
