Niche research

I am looking for someone who has experience in finding hot niche markets. I am looking for 3 niche or micro niche topics in any field other than adult I will be looking at the niches you come up with to determine which I will be going with I will provide the hosting for my web page using wordpress as the page . I was thinking just to use the standard template as I dont have the budget for a custom template right now but open to using a budget theme or one you may already have for sale that would fit my needs. Once my niche is selected and website is in place I will need someone add content and make an attractive lookinf site for my niche. I will be offering mainly affiliate products for sale through click bank or other affilitae offers. dont need anything real fanch but must be clean and attractive for converstion rates. I will also be adding adsense to this page once it is ranking in google I will also need on page seo and organic seo through google or other search engines through article submissions and natural means of seo no black hat I know this will take time but looking for at least 300 to 500 vicitors per day I will pay on an ongoing basis price price all projets seperate example how much for niche research how much for logo on website and adding content. how much for seo once niche research is done I will pay that fee once logo is done I will Pay that fee. once content is added I will pay that fee. I will then pay for seo fees based on how many visitors I get to my site on a scale
