Need Html Design for a website

Hello, I want to make the features of an app of mine available through a website. I want someone to make me a html design of static webpages, with styles in css, based on the screens of the app(check the screenshots in the attachment), and on the current support website. The html needs to be clean and valid. Styles need to be cleanly declared in a separate css file. No styling on the html pages themselves. Note that this is NOT A CODING JOB, but a design job. I only need the static html pages/css files created. No server solution, no Javascript, etc.. Bidders should be good designers, and have excellent html and css knowledge. When bidding, please point me to some of your work or references. I was thinking about a budget of 80$. I need a static webpage for about 8 app screens(user profile, shop, login, list of conversations, select question, answer question, rate answers, list of friends). I will pay per screen. On every screen, all functionality needs to be present that is on the app screen.
