The budget is low because you can use existing materials. 1: Website can be an adjusted existing script as long as the control panel has the ability to collect commission on transfer from users. 2: site`s design can be a template design – as long as it`s a premium template and is NOT poor looking. 3: site should have display of workers and employers on homepage in a down folding horizontal menu. 4:You must show me a reference or an example.
