566194 Design Needed Map Site

I need a template (PSD + html) for a media website (doing mainly marketing & branding, but also website design, SEO, etc.). Details: MAIN IDEA: The website will be one featuring different places all around the world. For this design we need a theme related to the HUNTING world. 1 - STRUCTURE: a. top header (980x100 - something like that), b. menu (categories) - for this example use the following menu items: restaurants, bars, cinemas, clubs, attractions, accommodation, taxi stations, hotels, museums, theatres, dance schools - the menu should enter on 2 rows, it's not a problem. That's why the buttons must be either fully rounded or rectangular in order to add as many as needed from the script. 2 - TYPE - the website should be formal (since it's for a serious company) but funny in the same time. People should feel relaxed when browsing it. More importantly, it should be very "calm" in colors, since we need the users to focus on the MAP, and what's in there, and not on something else. But in the same time we do NOT want a faded website. We would like the width to be fixes, around 980 I think, so that the website is fully seen at a 1024x rezolution. (that's why the 980x100 header) 3 - COLOR SCHEME - you are free to use any color scheme you like, as long as it's formal & fun. Just stay away from very bright colors (since it's not a kids website!) 4 - HEADER - again, feel free to impress us. use some random text as the website title (let's say "website title here") and a slogan (let's say "slogan text goes here"). 5 - SIDEBAR - in the left of the website, that displays the menu categories alphabetically, each with an icon next to it. We like the icons featured on [login to view URL] - some of these categories will have subcategories (subcategories don't have an icon for now) so integrate an example of this as well (that specificy catgory should feature a plus, and once you click on it the subcategories should appear under the category). 6 - MAP - in the right we will have the google map. In the top of the map we should have a nice zone/box with a H tag, some text and a SELECT COUNTRY & SELERY REGION/STATE options - these can be either in text format (but using a nice font/format) or image format 7 - FOOTER - with the "regular" links (home, about, faq, contact, terms) 8 - PRICE - we will pay $50-$75 for the psd + html 9 - the winner will have the possiblity to design other templates for us (since we might be needing some 2 or 3 similar designs in the future) 10 - example of related websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] VERY IMPORTANT: a. I need to see your mockup(s) (one or more) before selecting a bid. ANY BID WITHOUT A MOCKUP WILL BE DELETED. b. You can watermark your mockups with the text "watermark" -> I am not interested in stealing any work, my boss will pick the winner and I'll go ahead and select the designer who provided the winning mockup. You can check my previous projects to see that I always did this, and didn't trick anyone. c. Please don't bid over or under our budget. If we like your design we will pay you exactly $100 for it, no more, no less. d. DON'T SEND US your whole life resume. We are not interested in reading that. Just tell us when you'll send the mockup so that we know and wait for you. Otherwise we will just ban you and delete your bid. e. I am a serious buyer, you can check my previous projects.
