Cartoon Character Logo

I require a cartoon animal logo designed for Realtor. The logo must be professional looking. Preferably indicates or hints at the type of attributes in a realtor. I'm thinking of a Raccoon, Rooster, Shark, Elephant, or Maybe a house <---- Want to try to stay away from that though unless really good. Character must have body as well either plain or clothes. Looking to use image for advertising. SEE ATTACHMENTS. Want Logo/Character to be identify to me with they see it. Like the Geico Lizard to Car insurance, Michelin Man to Tires etc. Naturally I can only achieve this by using it on everything. Animal must be clean looking an not sneaky or mean looking. Must be able to deliver logo of 100dpi @ 1024x768, in PDF and JPEG formats. Must also provide original format work was done in. That is if you design this in adobe I want the adobe file you created so that I can open and have access to each layer and elements. It does not matter what program is used to create the logo as long as it is commercially available. PLEASE READ...All bids must have a rough sketch of the logo that you intent to create OR MUST have samples of previous work done. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you cannot meat these conditions. Please do not proceed to final version until you provide rough copy and I accept it. If satisfied you can proceed to final product. The logo must be original work. NO COPIES OFF THE NET OR LOGOS WITHOUT THE CONCENT OF THE OWNER. The seller must have exclusive rights to the work and must be willing to transfer it to us.
